Have camera, will travel.
Anne Gattilia is a photographer and visual storyteller with a career spanning commercial, lifestyle, event, and documentary photography. Her work has taken her from private homes and luxury interiors across the United States and Europe to iconic cultural events including the Kentucky Derby and Charleston Race Week. Whether leading a studio production, directing location shoots, or refining imagery in post-production, she brings a thoughtful eye, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of visual storytelling to every project.
Throughout her career, Anne has built a reputation for creating authentic, compelling imagery that connects brands and audiences while preserving the moments that matter most. She is particularly passionate about uncovering the human stories behind her subjects and translating them into photographs that feel both impactful and enduring.
Among her most meaningful professional experiences was documenting the work of the Photographers Without Borders partner organization Sambhali Trust in Jodhpur, India. The resulting documentary project, Sambhali, earned Best Documentary at the Wildsound Film Festival and reinforced her belief in photography’s power to create awareness, connection, and meaningful change.
When she’s not behind the camera, Anne can often be found paddle boarding, hiking, exploring the outdoors with her dog, or simply enjoying a quiet moment.
